Device Locator Error Log

The log4j2.xml file is used for the Device Locator logger. If the Device Locator does not execute successfully, or does not output correctly, any errors that may have occurred will be saved in the logger’s output. If further debugging is required, the log4j2.xml file can be altered to set the logger to the DEBUG level.

Open the Log XML file and set the Root level to “debug” like the example below:

Save the XML and run the Device Locator again.
